Such great experience there. Quaint hotel and magnificent location on the lake. Location not far from bike/walking paths right outside the door, in fact walkable from the train station and an active construction zone. A good choice of food options at a short distance from the venue. Superfriendly and very welcoming staff and quick to respond. Amazing and sensational breakfast, with a good choice of food.

Amazing industrial-style hotel with outstanding facilities and service. The restored building is a unique feature, and every detail was perfect. The location by the lake offers breathtaking views, especially from the bar on the 18th floor. The staff at the restaurant and reception were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner menu at the bar was delicious, with Thai-inspired dishes. The beds in the rooms were comfortable and the size of the rooms themselves were generous. The "mood-staff" were fabulous and always ready to assist guests.

I recently stayed at Steam Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The location is excellent, with stunning views of Lake Malaran and the city. The hotel itself is outstanding, with a unique décor and layout that gives it a wow factor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities, including the 18th floor sky bar and well-equipped gym, were top-notch. Despite a fire alarm going off during my stay, the hotel handled it efficiently and provided excellent service throughout the ordeal. a truly memorable experience.
I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with amazing architecture and room design. The breakfast was incredible, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing it was perfect.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to many attractions and shops. We also enjoyed the activities offered by the hotel such as the pool and shuffleboard.
The room was quite small and difficult for two people with luggage to move around comfortably. The hallways were too dark and creepy, and the low lighting activated by motion sensors made it difficult to leave the room without stumbling in the dark.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
